STEP 1 – CONSULTATION
Every project begins with a personal consultation in our Newtownards showroom. You can drop in to browse, or book a priority appointment for one-to-one advice with Ben, our owner and consultant.
We’ll talk through your requirements, explore different layouts, and look at suites, tiles, and finishes.
This is your chance to ask questions, share ideas, and start shaping your vision.

Once we understand your needs, we move on to the design stage:
- Inspiration & Ideas – Explore brochures, displays, and material samples.
- Pre-Survey Quotation – An outline price to ensure we’re working within your budget.
- Project Survey – A professional installer visits your home to measure the space, check water pressure, and assess feasibility.
Back in the showroom, we refine the design using your choices, survey feedback, and budget.
The result is a tailored bathroom design plan ready to bring to life.
STEP 3 – CONFIRMATION
We’ll meet again in the showroom to finalise everything. Together, we’ll confirm:
- Layouts and fittings
- Tile and colour choices
- Brassware and accessories
- Any final adjustments
At this stage, you’ll also receive a detailed quotation for the full project, including materials and installation.

STEP 4 – APPOINTMENT OF BATH R US
When you’re ready to go ahead, you formally appoint Baths R Us to manage your project.
We’ll:
- Secure your chosen products and installation date
- Take a deposit (50% if install date is more than six weeks away)
- Handle all ordering, storage, and delivery logistics
This ensures everything is prepared for a smooth installation.

On the agreed date, your chosen independent installer will begin work. Materials are delivered to site and fitted with care and precision.
Because we only use trusted, highly skilled professionals, you can be confident of workmanship that meets the highest standards.
Within the agreed timeframe, your new bathroom will be complete — ready for you to enjoy for years to come.
